The Jubien House program’s current mandate focuses on providing care for six youth under 18 years of age.

History
Jubien House is located in Halifax, and opened in March 1982, while Johnson House was still operating as an assessment/receiving center. Jubien House was established as a long-term residential facility with an average stay of 24 months.
